“Banana Milkshake” delicious, healthy and easy to make

I would love to share how to make a quick, nutritious and delicious milkshake with bananas, which needs just 3 ingredients. Why do I love this drink? No doubt, the taste of it is amazing and it’s incredibly easy to make. Anyways make sure the banana you have is ripe but please not overripe. Here is the recipe….

Things we’ll need

1 banana

1 cup of milk

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

 

Preparation:

 

Peel the skin and cut the banana into chunks.

Put the banana chunks, vanilla ice cream and milk in a blender.

Cover it and blend until all the ingredients smooth.

 

Pour into a glass and it’s ready to serve.

(NOTE: If you like your milkshake a little thinner add more milk. Or if you want it to be creamier, simply add more ice cream. If you prefer a stronger taste of banana just add another one.)
